There is hereby created and established the Electrical Commission of the city. The Electrical Commission is formed for the purpose of acting as an advisor and deciding appeals from orders, requirements, decisions or determinations made by the Building Inspector or others, as appropriate, in relation to the enforcement of certain provisions of this code or as otherwise authorized by ordinance.
