§ 40.270 CREATION.

There is hereby created and established the Quincy Economic Development Loan Committee. The Quincy Economic Development Loan Committee is formed for the purpose of administering the loan programs of the Quincy Economic Development Plan approved by the City Council and the appropriate agencies or agents of the United States of America.
