§ 40.258 IMMUNITY.

The City of Quincy and Adams County Joint Emergency Telephone System Board and its employees, agents, or those acting for and on behalf of the Board shall have all such immunities from liability as recognized by law. Nothing in this subchapter or the Joint Intergovernmental Agreement is intended to waive or diminish any such immunity.
