§ 40.171 CHAIRPERSON.
   The Chairperson of the Commission shall be selected by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council, from among those members that are not employees or officers of the city. The Mayor may also appoint a Secretary to the Commission other than a Commission member who may be an employee of the city.
