§ 40.121 TERM.
   (A)   Members of the Board of Appeals shall serve for a term of five years or until their successors are duly appointed. Members initial terms shall be as follows:
      (1)   Three members shall be appointed to a three-year term;
      (2)   Three members shall be appointed to a four-year term; and
      (3)   Three members shall be appointed to a five-year term.
   (B)   Following the expiration of each initial term, a member shall be appointed to serve a full five-year term.
