There is hereby created a Board of Appeals to consider and review certain zoning matters as set forth herein. The Board shall consist of eight members to be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council. The Director of the Department of Planning and Development, Building Inspector and Assistant Corporation Counsel shall serve as ex-officio, non-voting permanent members of the Board of Appeals.
