§ 40.102 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW.
   The provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, ILCS Ch. 5, Act 100, and all amendments thereof and rules adopted thereto shall apply to and govern all proceedings for the review of final orders of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. The term ORDER is defined in ILCS Ch. 5, Act 100, § 1-50.
