§ 40.097 COMPENSATION OF SECRETARY AND BOARD MEMBERS.
   The Secretary may be paid a reasonable compensation for his or her services to be fixed by the corporate authorities. The corporate authorities may also fix the compensation to be paid to the members of this Board.
