§ 40.003 OTHER DUTIES.
   The Board of Local Improvements shall make recommendations to the City Council on matters relating to streets, alleys, sidewalks and public places and otherwise perform acts in relation to streets, alleys, sidewalks and other public places the City Council shall from time to time request.
