§ 162.061 YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Except as provided in § 162.062 and §§ 162.110 through 162.113, yards shall be provided for buildings as shown in the following tabulation.

   (B)   No yard requirements shall apply to the NR1 and NR2 Districts except as follows:

      (1)   Where a NR1 or NR2 District adjoins, another zoning district, no building shall be located nearer to the district division line than the side yard or rear yard provisions applicable to any other district, as appropriate, to the development in the NR District and what would otherwise be the side yard or rear yard.

      (2)   Where a NR1 orNR2 District adjoins or a zoning lot fronts on a street, no building shall be located nearer to the street than 25 feet.
