§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of § 130.04 of this chapter is a Class 1 misdemeanor as defined by Arizona Revised Statutes and subject to the penalties prescribed therefor by Arizona Revised Statutes.

   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of § 130.17 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,500 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as herein described.
   (D)   (1)   Unless otherwise provided above, any person found in violation of any provision of §§ 130.30 through 130.36 of this chapter shall be responsible under § 10.99 of this code of ordinances for a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $2,500 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabove described.
      (2)   Failure to comply with any permit requirements, per § 130.31 of this chapter, is a civil offense punishable by a fine of $1,000 for each violation.
      (3)   Failure to comply with § 130.34 of this chapter is a civil offense punishable by a fine of $1,000 for each violation.
   (E)   A person who violates § 130.51 is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
