§ 130.04 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF TOWN LETTERHEAD.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to use town letterhead who is not a town employee engaged in official duties or the Mayor, Vice Mayor or any other member of the Common Council explicitly authorized by a majority of the Common Council to submit correspondence on behalf of the Common Council.
