(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall tear down or begin the tearing down of any house or building within the town limits as per §§ 151.15 through 151.18 of this chapter without having first procured a permit therefor as herein provided shall be guilty of an offense against the town, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
