§ 134.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 134.01 through 134.15 of this chapter is punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

(C) Any person committing an assault or an assault and battery as per § 134.15 of this chapter within the jurisdiction of the town shall be guilty of an offense.

(D) Any violation of § 134.19 of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
