(A) The firing or shooting of fireworks is hereby prohibited in town except from July 1 through July 4, both inclusive, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., except for on July 4, which shall be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.
(B) Children under the age of 13 must have adult supervision over the age of 18 when shooting fireworks.
(C) Other state statutes regarding this activity shall remain in force and effect.
