§ 134.06 GAMBLING.
   (A)   Gambling prohibited.
      (1)   It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or agent or employee thereof to do any of the following:
         (a)   To play, to open or cause to be opened or to operate, carry on or conduct, whether for hire or not, any game of faro, monte, poker, roulette or craps or any banking, percentage or other game played with dice, cards or any device for money, checks, chips, credit or any other thing of value;
         (b)   To set up, operate or permit to be operated any slot machine or other device whatsoever where money, checks, credit, chips or any other thing of value is played when the act of playing the same might result in a gain or loss to the party playing;
         (c)   To gamble knowingly in any other manner; or
         (d)   To knowingly permit his, her or its premises, house, lot or other property to be used in connection with, or for, any act declared unlawful in this section.
      (2)   It is unlawful and an offense against the town for any person to play any roulette wheel, slot machine or any other device or machine wherein the element of chance is involved by losing or winning money, credits, checks or any other representative of value.
   (B)   Loitering about gambling area. It is unlawful for any person to be about in the immediate vicinity where persons are gambling, whether by playing games, operating a slot machine or other device or otherwise.
