(A) Before any permit approved by the Inspector shall be valid, a basic fee of $10 for residential and $20 for commercial and industrial must be paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer, together with the additional fees below.

(B) For the purpose of this section, a fixture is defined as a water closet, sink, bathtub, basin, urinal, wash tray, water heater, floor drain, commercial refrigeration, dishwasher, automatic washer, extractor and every other thing commonly known as a fixture among plumbers, and each wash stand or basin, or section, shall be classed as a fixture.
(C) The Planning Commission of the town may amend or waive any of the fees required herein if the Planning Commission is acting under the provisions of § 151.04 of this code.
