§ 114.04 ADMINISTRATION BY PLUMBING INSPECTOR; DUTIES.
   (A)   Plumbing Inspector. The office the Plumbing Inspector for the town shall mean the Planning Commission set forth in § 33.065 of this code. The Planning Commission is the same as the Plumbing Inspector when used in this chapter.
   (B)   Duties. It shall be the duty of the Plumbing Inspector, acting through its deputies or on its own volition, to make the inspections required by this chapter and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
