§ 91.16 ACCUMULATION OF WEEDS OR TRASH UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   Allowing trash accumulations or the growing of weeds. It is unlawful for any owner or occupant of any lot, tract or parcel of land situated wholly or in part within the corporate limits of the town to allow trash or weeds to grow, stand or accumulate upon such premises. It is the duty of such owner or occupant to remove or destroy any such trash or weeds.
   (B)   Prohibited acts. No owner or occupant of land or lots shall:
      (1)   Knowingly permit the throwing or dumping upon his or her premises of any refuse, rubbish or trash; or
      (2)   Permit such materials to remain on his or her premises for more than ten days after being notified to remove them by the town or the County Health Department, whether or not the owner or occupant knew of or permitted such throwing or depositing.
