§ 91.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.03 of this chapter is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violation.
