§ 75.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 75.01 through 75.07 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of $100 plus court costs.
