§ 54.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person failing or refusing to make correction of a dangerous, defective or hazardous electrical installation within a time designated by the Commission after having been notified by the Commission as per § 54.44 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and punished accordingly.
