§ 54.40 RIGHT OF ENTRY BY COMMISSION.
   (A)   Every person owning, leasing, operating or in possession of any building or structure within the town must provide reasonable access for the Commission to enter upon the grounds for the purpose of installing, maintaining or reading water and electrical meters. REASONABLE ACCESS includes, but is not limited to, providing entrance to private roads or fields if such entry is required to install, read or maintain water or electrical meters. The Commission shall, upon request of the owner, occupant or lessee of the premises, exhibit their authority to make such entry.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any owner, occupant or lessee of any premises to prevent or refuse to permit such entry.
