§ 54.01 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition applies unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.

   ELECTRICAL INSPECTION. Any reference to ELECTRICAL INSPECTION in the Electrical Code adopted by the town in § 150.01(B)(3) of this code or elsewhere in this code shall mean the Planning Commission as set forth in § 33.065 of this code or its designee, hereinafter referred to as COMMISSION.
