§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (B)   A violation of any of the stated regulations in § 53.09 of this chapter shall subject the violator to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
