§ 53.09 BULK TRASH RECEPTACLE REGULATIONS.
   The following regulations shall apply to all bulk trash receptacles placed or maintained within the town limits, and by the town, its agent or contractor.
   (A)   Trash receptacles are limited to use by actual residents of the town.
   (B)   The trash or waste deposited in said receptacles is limited to normal household trash, including not more than two household furnishing items. The dumping of commercial or industrial waste products, the construction materials of any construction contractor, white goods such as refrigerators, freezers or air conditioners, grass clippings, limbs or twigs is specifically prohibited.
   (C)   No tires, batteries or materials containing asbestos or any other hazardous material as defined by the statutes of the state may be deposited in the trash or waste receptacle.
   (D)   No rocks or concrete may be placed in the trash receptacle.
   (E)   No metal appliances, metal products or metal waste, if the same is in excess of five pounds, may be placed in the waste receptacle.
   (F)   The deposit of animal carcasses in the waste receptacle is prohibited.
