§ 53.06 SCHEDULED COLLECTIONS.
   (A)   The town or its authorized representative shall collect from all areas of the town upon a schedule as approved by the Town Board.
   (B)   It is the duty of any person in possession or control of any premises to place the containers required by this chapter in a location easily accessible to the collector as directed by the County Health Officer.
