§ 52.21 PROHIBITED DISCHARGE AREAS.
   Unless authorized by the approving authority, no person may deposit or discharge any waste included in § 52.20 of this chapter on public or private property into or adjacent to any:
   (A)   Natural outlet;
   (B)   Watercourse;
   (C)   Storm sewer; or
   (D)   Other area within the jurisdiction of the town.
