§ 52.20 PERMITTED DISCHARGES.
   Unless an exception is granted by the approving authority, the public sanitary sewer system shall be used by all persons discharging:
   (A)   Wastewater;
   (B)   Industrial waste;
   (C)   Polluted liquids; or
   (D)   Unpolluted waters or liquids.
