§ 51.05 WATER METER DEPOSIT.
   (A)   Any person who desires to use water shall pay to the Town Clerk-Treasurer as a meter deposit the amount which is established in § 50.25 of this code.
   (B)   The Board of Trustees may establish classifications of customers, such as residences, mobile homes and various types of businesses, for different deposit requirements.
