§ 50.25 WATER METER DEPOSIT.

The town shall, from and after the effective date hereof, charge a deposit in the sum of $100 for any water meter which is set for residential or commercial use. The $100 deposit shall be per residential or commercial unit; for example, if two residential units are on one meter, then the deposit shall be $200.
