(A) This chapter shall be administered by the County Plan Commission.
(B) Should these regulations impose greater restrictions than is provided by existing laws, covenants or rules, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
(C) (1) This subdivision chapter shall be applicable to all subdivisions hereafter made of land located within the governmental jurisdiction of the county when adopted by ordinance by respective legislative bodies.
(2) No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of the Plan Commission shall be recorded until it shall have received final approval by the Plan Commission and County Commissioners or Town Board.
