§ 31.02 NAME OF AUTHORITY.
   The airport authority created pursuant to this resolution should be named the Putnam County Airport Authority.

§ 31.03 COMPOSITION.
   Pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 8-22-3-4(g), the Board of the Putnam County Airport Authority shall consist of five members with the Commissioners of the county, appointing all five members and with no more than three of said members being of the same political party.

PUTNAM COUNTY COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD
§ 31.15 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   A Putnam County Community Corrections Advisory Board is hereby established to advise and assist in the establishment of rules for the development of community corrections programs, to assist and advise in the operations of such programs, make reports of the progress and activities of such programs, to the County Board of Commissioners and make recommendations to the Commissioners concerning the operations of such programs.
   (B)   Further, the Advisory Board shall, in coordination with the Board of Commissioners of Clay County, be appointed as provided by I.C. 11-12-2.

§ 31.16 APPOINTMENTS.
   Members of the Advisory Board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners shall be appointed for a term of four years; the criminal defense attorney shall be appointed for a term of four years; other members shall serve only while holding office or for the period held by the elected official who appoints them as his or her designee.

§ 31.17 REPORT TO COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
   The Advisory Board shall report to the Putnam County Board of Commissioners concerning the operations of the community corrections programs.

§ 31.18 OFFICERS.
   The Advisory Board shall, within 30 days after the last appointment is made, meet and elect one member as Chairperson, another as Vice-Chairperson, and appoint a Secretary-Treasurer who need not be a member.
