§ 74.01 SHORT TITLE.
   This chapter shall be known as the “Off-Road Vehicle County Road Designation Ordinance”.

§ 74.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF-ROAD VEHICLE. A vehicle as defined by I.C. 14-16-1 et seq.

§ 74.03 RESTRICTION.
   (A)   All county roads and highways in the county not in the corporate limits or jurisdiction of a city or town are hereby designated for the legal operation of off-road vehicles.
   (B)   This designation only applies to those said vehicles that carry with them proof of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence for personal injury and property damage and the vehicle is registered with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.

§ 74.04 AUTHORITY.
   The county specifically acknowledges that none of the requirements for the operation of off-road vehicles as found in I.C. 14-16-1 et seq. are affected by this chapter.
