(a) A site plan must be approved in writing and shall be retained by the Commission as an official record of approval. All subsequent development on the site shall occur in accordance with the approved site plan, unless a site plan amendment is approved by the Commission. A site plan amendment shall follow the procedure established in Section 1222.02. Any deviation from an approved site plan is a violation of the ordinance.
(b) Reasonable site plan application fees may be established from time to time by the Council to cover the administrative costs of review.
