After obtaining a valid zoning certificate in accordance with Section 1262.02, the following uses are permitted in the Manufacturing District:
(a) Agriculture;
(b) Automotive repair;
(c) Contractor's establishment;
(d) Junk yard;
(e) Manufacturing and processing activities;
(f) Warehouse and wholesale activity building.

The following special uses are subject to approval as provided for in Chapter 1288:
(a) High impact wind-powered electric generator/windmill;
(b) Low impact wind-powered electric generator/windmill.

Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Chapter 1284.

(a) Front Yard. There shall be a front yard of not less than fifty feet in depth.
(b) Side Yard. There shall be a side yard of not less than twenty feet.
(c) Rear Yard. There shall be a rear yard of not less than twenty-five feet.
