884.01 DECLARATION OF VILLAGE AS RESORT AREA.
   Council hereby finds that the Village of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, meets the criteria set forth in Ohio R.C. 5739.101(A) and therefore declares the Village to be a "resort area" pursuant to said section of the Ohio Revised Code.
