CHAPTER 886 Water Transportation Services Tax

EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 470, passed February 24, 1984, endorsed and requested the imposition and collection of an excise tax on water transportation companies pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5727.83. Ordinance 648-95, passed December 14, 1995, repealed Ordinance 470. See Chapter 884.
