(a) Whoever violates Sections 874.03 or 874.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
(b) Whoever violates Section 874.02 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
(c) A violation of any section of Chapter 874 shall be grounds for the suspension or revocation of the owner’s business license to rent vehicles in the Village, or in the case of a new application, shall be grounds to refuse to issue such license for a determinate period of time up to 180 days, or permanently.
