874.03 PERMITTING OPERATION OF UNSAFE MOPED.

(a) No person shall knowingly permit the operation of a moped for hire which moped does not comply with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, and the provisions of Chapter 4501-23 of the Ohio Administrative Code.

(b) No person shall knowingly permit the operation of any moped for hire which is in such an unsafe condition, as to endanger any person or property.
