(a) Each trolley-shuttle vehicle must be inspected by the Ohio State Patrol each year and shall, after June 15 of each year, display a current valid Safety Inspection Sticker issued by the Ohio State Patrol. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to arrange and complete this inspection.
(b) It shall be unlawful for the owner of a trolley-shuttle vehicle, or for any other person having possession or control of a such vehicle, to operate it upon the streets after June 15 of each year, unless the vehicle has insurance on the vehicle required by Section 868.03(b)(3).
