(A) The County Sheriff’s Department shall assess fees as set forth herein:

(B) Further, the cost of certification, production, or reproduction costs are not intended to be assessed to businesses or entities, including other governmental entities or persons who are working on behalf of the county, or have been retained to perform services for the county, and may need copies of certain documents to perform their duties on behalf of the county.
