§ 34.22  COUNTY CORONER; VERDICT, REPORT, AUTOPSY, DISPOSITION FEES.
   (A)   Coroner’s permit for disposition, autopsy report. The County Coroner shall establish a coroner’s permit for disposition and autopsy report, and shall charge a fee to be set by the County Council, and all monies collected shall be deposited in the county’s General Fund for use by the County Coroner. The Coroner’s permit for disposition shall be $25.
   (B)   Coroner’s verdict, report. The County Coroner shall provide copies of a coroner’s verdict, coroner’s report, and charge a fee to be set by the County Council, and all monies collected shall be deposited in the county’s General Fund for use by the County Coroner. The Coroner’s verdict shall be $100.
