(A) The County Sheriff is authorized to collect a co-payment in the sum of $15 to any person confined in the County Jail facility for the following services:
(1) Medical care;
(2) Dental care;
(3) Eye care; and
(4) Any other health care related service, pursuant to all of the terms as set forth in I.C. 11-12-5-5 and all subsections pertaining thereto.
(B) Further, that said funds collected pursuant to I.C. 11-12-5-5 shall be deposited into the General Fund or may be deposited into a County Medical Care for Inmate Fund that is specifically created, and that said funds may be used to defray the cost of medical care to persons incarcerated in the County Jail facilities.
