§ 34.01  COUNTY JAIL VENDING MACHINE; PROCEEDS.
   (A)   The County Board of Commissioners hereby ratify and affirm that the net proceeds from the vending machine located in the County Jail shall be used for any purpose which the employees of the County Sheriff’s Department may agree upon.
   (B)   The County Sheriff shall be in charge of said net funds. No accounting shall be necessary.
