§ 33.08  DEPUTY DIRECTOR; DUTIES AND POWERS.
   (A)   If a Deputy Director has been appointed pursuant to § 33.06(A)(2), he or she shall assist the Director in the performance of his or her duties during normal times.
   (B)   During an emergency, the Deputy Director shall assist the Director, and shall fulfill the duties of the Director in the absence or incapacity of the Director.
