§ 32.01  LAW ENFORCEMENT RECORDINGS POLICY.
   (A)   The County Council, a governmental agency, and the fiscal body as defined under I.C. 36-1-2-6, desires to establish a fee schedule for body-worn camera videos, dashboard camera videos, or any other law enforcement recordings, as defined by I.C. 5-14-3-2(k), for the County Sheriff’s Department, pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-8.
   (B)   The County Council, as the fiscal body for the county, desires to establish a uniform fee for the County Sheriff’s Department, I.C. 5-14-3-5.2, to allow a permissible person to inspect or copy law enforcement recordings.
   (C)   The County Council, pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-8(g)(1), establishes the direct cost of supplying the information of a law enforcement recording, after review for necessary redaction, is $150 per recording.
   (D)   The County Sheriff’s Department is authorized to charge the fees set forth above for the copying and redaction of law enforcement recordings according to state law.
