§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 150.15 through 150.31 may be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $2,500. The assessment of a monetary penalty shall, in no way, limit the operation of the penalties provided elsewhere in this subchapter.
