§ 150.15  TITLE, PURPOSE.
   (A)   Title. This subchapter, and all material included herein by reference, shall be known as the “Building Code of the County”.
   (B)   Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to protect the life, public safety, health, and general welfare of the citizens of the county, and shall be construed in such a manner to effectuate this purpose.
