The landscaping and screening regulations apply as set forth in the individual sections of this chapter. The following are expressly exempt from all landscaping and screening regulations of this chapter:
A. Agricultural uses;
B. Public parks and open spaces; and
C. Reconstruction of any building that is damaged or destroyed by tornadoes, straight-line winds, ice storms, accidental fire, floods, hail, lightning, or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the property owner. (Ord. 2018-16, 12-4-2018)
